Thanks 76VETTE - seems spring fever is hitting despite the snowy weather up your way - I have had several inquiries in the last few weeks. I think this car is a beauty, and I will miss her! I drove around this weekend looking for some Vettes to share a wave - saw a C3 and a C4 parked, and a nice C6 driving, but they usually don't wave anyway! lol.
Here's to springtime!
Thanks for the bump!

This LT-1 was restored by Paul Comeau at The Corvette Shop http://www.thcorvetteshop.com/
He did an awesome job - Thanks Paul - I'll hate to see her go!

The LT-1 is sold... thanks for all the great comments guys.
Be happy - C3s just got a little scarcer in the USA - this one is on it's way to Luxembourg!
For those of you selling - here's my $.02...
Craigslist - waste of time, but free.
eBay - waste of money, but got some contacts.
Vette Hound - free, got several good inquiries, and sold to
someone who found it on Vette Hound!
Be back in a Vette someday - hopefully some day soon!

Man, a lot of these are going overseas (my matching numbers '72 big block went to Austria in January)....sad because they will likely never come back. I wonder 10 years from now how many will be left...especially if the economy and value of the US dollar stays the way it is. Will be interesting to see how much their worth in the future as the number here in the US dwindles
Anyway....this is great news, congrats on the sale Bill. Looks like a beautiful car....I was tempted by it myself and would have pursued it further if i hadn't gotten into the one I bought in AZ. Hope another vette is in your future

In Europe, for American car 50/60/70 and rods, the enthusiasts are growing very fast. Thanks also to the dollar.
the only bad thing is that the border state must pay 30% of the value of the car,
between taxes and duties
