I'm familiar with Vintage Air. I've met the owner and toured their facility in San Antonio.

Officially Sold! The new owner picked up the 70 today!
Steve picked up the Vette today after solidifying the deal back in late December. It went into the shop January 8th for a rear suspension & diff rebuild and front springs. Well, on thing leads to another as we all know and the project ballooned! I've been running a thread documenting all the work. Well, it's done! I'll finally personally meet Steve tomorrow and get to drive the Vette with him. I'm sure it will be quite different from when I dropped it off at the shop.
I want to thank everyone who supported me and kept bumping me along.
You guys are great!
I'll be around as I feel this is my extended family and love Vettes.
I will get another 70 in the future and I'll certainly miss the 70.

I am the "very nice gentleman" that is buying Glen's Vette. (I don't think I have ever been called that before)I have already owned two Vettes (a 91 C4 that was almos the last GM product I ever owned and a 2000 C5 that I loved and hated to get rid of). I haven't been active on the Forum for a while - since I helped my son figure out how to put a Nav System in his 2002 C5 which is, interestingly enoughI a for sale on the Forum right now.
Glen has been great to do business with and I am pleased to be the next owner of this car. I am having Corvettes of Westchester do the rear end work that Glen has scoped out previously and also having him go through the front end as well. I am targeting picking up the car in a couple of weeks when the work is done.
I live outside of Atlanta so I definitely have to put in A/C if I am going to use the car on a regular basis. I will finish in another post.
