78-82 wanted...98 Indy Pace Car to trade.
1998 Pace Car is SOLD!!!!
I now have CASH in hand if you have the following for sale.
Looking for a 78-82.
I would prefer the following.
Silver, Black, 1979 code 83 dark blue....1980 code 28 dark blue.
Prefer Red or Oyster Leather or Dark Blue cloth interior.
Does not have to be original and pristine but I do not want a project.

Still for sale or trade for the "right" 78-82.
I would like to have a deal finalized before 2/11/11.
I am less than 15 minutes from Wichita Mid Continent Airport. Fly in and drive it home. I'll be like the rental car place....I'll pick you up..

If my friend doesn't buy my 78 in the next few weeks we can talk. my icon is the 78 at tail of the dragon red leather interior blue/black saphire exterior (saturn color). it has a 5 speed trany- 90452 miles on car -approx 6000 miles on engine, tranny, rear gear (new 3.07 and posi) new 3 inch true duel exhaust. am/fm/cd/cassette in dash - new trailing arms -need ac lines replaced as i busted the weld where it bolts to the compressor while cleaning the engine before my last show.

I cant believe you havent found anyone to trade a 78-82 for a C5 vert yet!?!?!?!?

I bought my first Corvette in 1998 (a 76) I had it for 11 years. Over the past 8 or so years I have owned no less than 12-15 others. This time around I am being very picky on what I get. I probably could have traded 5-6 times by now, but I am holding out for the "right" car.

I am the same. I've owned all but a midyear and C6. The C5's are GREAT cars I am just partial to the C3's. If I don't sell the PC I have no problem just keeping it.
