Was yours LT1 convertible? This is thought to be first LT1 convertible in 72.

At least two LT-1 convertibles before yours (and the LT-1 Kid's too - if it turns out to be a convertible).

What NCRS events was the car judged at? Looks like a nice car... I just don't remember it.

What VIN are the 2 lt1 convertibles before mine which is 533? Didnt see them on the registry.
2008 and 2011 NCRS top flight. Both in Wisconsin

One is mid-200s, the other is early 300s. There are probably more... At this point in time the LT-1 was a known quantity and there wouldn't be any difficulty ordering one. LT-1 coupes typically outnumber convertibles 3 to 1, but that still averages out to around a couple of LT-1 convertibles a day for the 1972 model run.

Understood.

I haven't missed many regionals over the past fifteen years or so (and no nationals), but I have missed the last two in Wisconsin which is probably why I don't remember your car.

Looks really nice in the photos... Good luck with the sale!

Stan Falenski
