Default 82 Corvette

82 Corvette for sale, price reduced. Always garaged with cover and very well cared for.
406 CI SBC. 10.5/1+ compression built at local machine shop in winter of 2015 and dyno'd at 451 hp upon completion. I do have the dyno disc.
Forged scat rotating assembly and pistons.
Competition 270/276 cam with scorpion 1.6/1.7 roller rockers.
AFR 210 heads with VIC Jr intake.
Holley "ultra" 750 carb with 5" K&N filter,
MSD HEI distributor with 8.5 mm wires.
9 qt racing oil pan.
Be Cool aluminum radiator with electric fan.
Hooker headers with side pipes (a little rewrap needed on drivers side)
Duntov 3.54 differential.
700 R4 transmission with shift kit.
B&M ratchet shifter (new).
Hood mounted gauges (narrow band air/fuel mixture, vacuum, oil pressure, temp).
Steeroids - rack and pinion conversion kit uses 86 corvette steering pump (new).
Pro Shock front coil over suspension with composite rear spring (new).
All front and rear bushings, bearings and ball joints replaced last season with OEM, includes inner and outer axle joints as well as front and rear driveshaft joints.
Speedo is currently disconnected as I need a shorter than stock cable. I do have a new 90 degree converter for it but have not gotten around to getting the cable. Odometer reads 48000 but is not accurate.
The carpeting is in excellent condition but the seats will probably have to be reupholstered as there is a tear in the drivers seat and a cigarette burn on the passenger seat (there when I bought the car, I have never smoked in it).
Runs on 93 octane pump gas.
This car is very quick and is a lot of fun to drive.
I am selling the car because I drive it very little...it is now second to the bike.
Asking $14,750
NO TRADES.

Love the exterior gauges. I have the exterior hood tach on my 67 Ram-Air Fire Chicken / Vert.......Those velour seats remind me of a friend's 78 "Bandit" Trans-Am
