Just another Corvette guy
That is a VERY affordable project.
Was a good looking combination originally.

It has been on a lift since 1999.
The frame has surface rust but no rotting.
I think the birdcage is good but I haven't pulled any mouldings off to look.
PM your email address to me and I will send you additional pictures if interested.
Thanks,
Craig

This car looks like it was optioned nicely when new; A/C, tilt/tele, power windows, PS, PB....possibly deluxe interior?

I think we chatted about this car on Craigslist in Austin.
Thanks for the offer but we are going to decline.
We won't deliver the vehicle and here is why...
The car is about 100 ft off of a paved road.
It's on a homemade lift of sorts. The car has four flat tires and can't be rolled off of the lift.
I would assume that a wrecker or truck with a big winch will be needed.
Otherwise bring four inflated wheels and tires. You could swap them out. Then roll the car down the lift ramps and load on a trailer.
This car is going to be a bitch to retrieve but worth it to the right person.
Don't shoot the messenger.

The car is down a slight hill. I think it would be possible to pull through the drive and back down
The guy had to get his car out and off of the lift somehow.
Right?

Not necessarily. He did have to get it in and on the lift, but that may be last time it ever moved.

Far as I'm concerned, it is the seller's yard and backyard bubbalicious lift. Should be sellers responsibility to get it down on the ground.
