OK what about rust. I don't know how the Wyoming/Utah area treat a car. I'm from the rust belt I know what happens around this area Not Good. So a honest evaluation of rust please.

I know about the rust belt. Had a 68 that the frame had nearly rusted through, and had to be repaired in front of the rear wheels. Wyoming and Utah are dry climates and, at least decades ago, didn't use much salt on the roads. This car has a very solid frame. Attached is a picture of that typical problem area. Note that the edges of the metal are full thickness.

That’s a beautiful car. Any recent maintenance and or upkeep done? I’m thinking about things like brakes, clutch, belts, hoses, etc.

Yes, just the short block. I have been asked about the block number. It is 361959, which is consistent with an early replacement. SS brake calipers were installed about a year ago. I have exhaust tips and bezels, but have not put them on yet.

The paint looks good from 10 yards, but up close there are some scratches, orange peel and a bubble on one headlight cover. For a show car, you would want to repaint.

I still have it. I moved from KY to CO last October and have been building a new house ever since. Realistically, it will be spring time before I have time to work on it and make it more presentable for sale. If someone is really motivated right now, let me know. But otherwise, I will shoot for listing an update in the spring. Best to everyone in these trying times.

I had the twin to your car but a '71. Same colors, exterior and interior, 454 4spd, air and I still, years later, have severe regrets about selling that car. Looks to be a very nice survivor even considering the block change. Can't believe it hasn't sold, Best wishes and god luck for the sale

How can anyone call this a Survivor when the motor isn't original? I am just asking!

Keith, I’m interested. How can we get in touch to discuss the car in more detail?

Thanks, Jeff
