I have decided to get the ball rolling on my 71 project. The back story on this car is that it was having an off body restore when the owner ran out of money. . Motor is the original one as is the 4spd transmission and rear. Painted the original color of War Bonnet yellow and a black interior. New underneath exhaust sized at 2.5. New battery, shocks , front suspension all new parts, new universal joints on drive shaft and half shafts. Also has a powder coated frame, new gas tank and new stainless fuel lines.
I am retired and thought this would be a nice car to finish and get back on the road for someone. Just need to install new carpets, dash and console which is being done now. I have been driving the car and it runs and rides great. No surprises............................... .............
