Default Jack location

Open the trap door behind the passenger seat. Lift out the tray. The jack should be underneath the tray.

THERE SHOULD BE A PANEL BEHIND THE PASSENGER SEAT WITH A DOOR HANDLE TO LIFT. INSIDE I THINK THERE'S A PLASTIC BIN THAT LIFTS OUT BUT I DON'T THINK THE JACK WAS STORED UNDER THAT BIN...CAN'T REMEMBER FOR SURE.
(Sorry about "Caps lock being on") I only owned one of the newer years you mentioned...'96.
All the other C4s we owned were '93 and older and I think those all had the jack stored above the spare tire. Good luck with your search and enjoy your "Vette way of life".

Default I Own A 1995 Coupe...

and your jack should be in the bottom of the storage compartment behind the pasenger seat. If it's never been used, there is probably a tag on it too.

You should also have a locking lug adapter in there too. Your lug wrench (in case you haven't found it yet) should down on the floor behind the driver seat.

The jack should be in a styrofoam holder under tray behind drivers seat . It was moved from the spare tire when a spare tire delete option was made available ( I believe ) . If the foam jack holder is missing you will see the radio cdm box ( basically the part that recieves the radio signal ). It should also have your wheel lock socket with the jack . If its gone you may want to address this before you have a flat tire . Hope this helps.....

Yes, same diameter but as thin as it can be, 70 psi, store under the gas tank. Most of the time when you needed it the thing was out of air tkaes too much time to check the air pressure of the spare

You can pick up a reproduction owners manual from places like MAD, for around $20, for your year car. Its a good thing to have, as it tells you where everything you need to get to, ( like the jack, fuses, etc. is ). Then your next step is to get a factory service manual, so you can really start to have fun.
