Sam'club will order tires for you in sizes that they don't normally stock.... as long as it is a brand they stock.
I know they stock Goodyear, BFG, Dunlop..... in 275/40/17

I've ordered at least 6 sets of tires from Tirerack and highly recommend them. Their prices and selection are better than anything I can get around here and I usually have them the day after I order them. I know you have to get them mounted and balanced, but here in the boonies nobody even comes close to matching their prices, even taking into consideration the mounting.
