The guy was all about selling me these tires for $200. He said he'd end the auction. I told him that "I was not aware that the GSC was a drag radial as they were the stocktire offered on teh Corvette... he has not repsonded yet.
Don't buy them, first off, it looks like the same guy who was accused of being a ripoff artist, second, you don't want a tire that's been patched unless he gave them to you free.
If you want them for burnout contest tires, then go for it.

Thanks Frank... I wansn't going to buy these in particular... but I am looking for some 315 DR's. I saw those and couldn't remember Goodyear making a drag radial. Thanks for the heads up. I will stay away from him.
That guy is full of it. Theres no such thing as Goodyear Eagle GS-C drag radials. He must think that since they come in a 315 size that seems 'wide' to him, that they are drag tires.
My first thought was that he had some shaved Goodyear Eagle GS-CS tires for street legal sports car racing. He doesnt have those.
About the patching. That patch is done professionally and as good as can be done, so I wouldnt let that be an issue. At least he's showing you it.
