thanks for the replies guys. seein as how i don't have the
the warm garage or the mechanical skills or the patience,
i bit the bullit and brought to the dealer. i had them
change the water pump as well. i'm sure when i see the tab
i'll be swallowing that bullit

Ebay has the best prices. It is not that hard of a job to "vent" the earlier models. I did this on my 92. So far, so good.
Maybe you could "collect" your own parts and have a mechanic put them in seeing as you are not confident in you skills and don't have a garage with heat!?!?! Just a thought.
