advice please
will this fit my 1990 I know the general changed the front of the c4 but wasnt this in 93 ???

The change was in '91, and I'm pretty sure the difference is enough to cause fitment issues on your '90. The newer nose is a little more pointed and the fog lights are a completely different shape. Post '91 has flushed in foglights that wrap around into side marker lights, so the openings on the car bra are probably very different.
