The standard offset for a '95 is 56mm I think. 9.5 in the rear and 8.5 for the front wheels were standard and the Z07's had 9.5 all the way around. 5 lug on 4.75" sounds right though. The earlier 84-87 had 36mm offset if I'm not mistaken.

Actually +38 is for the front 17x9.5 and +36.5 for 11 inch rears on the 84-87 and ZR1's. Later ones used +56 for the front and +50 when going to GS 11 inch rears.
+56mm is the offset for 1988-1996 C4's except for the 96 Grand Sport with a +0mm rear offset for its 11" wheel. The ZR-1 specific rear wheels were 36.5mm offset. The 84-87 cars used a wheel with a 38m offset.
The backspacing should be 7.4" for all 9.5x17" wheels and 1" less for the C4 8.5" front wheels.
The lug pattern for all wheels is 5x120.65mm. While that's the service manual listed dimension, it should be very close to 4 3/4".

What he said.
Just remember, backspacing is not the same (number) as offset.
