Here in NC, mother nature is giving us a preview - high temp is supposed to be 68 and sunny skies. Wish the Vette was out of the shop.

Well I drive my car year round so I don't have to worry about bringing it out of storage. Warmer temps are always nice though. I drove home yesterday with the windows down on the highway, it was 61 degrees in the middle of February!

Today it's supposed to get up to 69 degrees! I'd ditch the top if it wasn't so much trouble for a 15 minute drive. Of course tomorrow it's only gonna be like 30. I'll enjoy it while I can though!

Spring? Whats that? Its raining here and it will continue for the next 7 days straight. We've gotten 51 ins of rain this season and were short 10 ins more for an average.

In the Santa Cruz Mountains it rains almost all winter. 6 months of rain and 6 months of no rain.
68 degrees? Here its 50 degrees.

Winter suxz.

I'm on Long Island, and today was a rare day at a sizzling 55 degrees, and I did drive the vette. However, I know from past experience that "old man winter" has not thrown his las punch yet. I can almost gurantee a March Noreaster, blizzard, or heavy snow fall. Maybe I'm a pessimist, but I've never seen it to fail, as soon as you think the worst is over, wham, a snow storm. Play it by ear, tha't all you can do on the Island.

Down here in Naples its top down/out weather all year round. The hard part is deciding which way to go, top out, or top down.
