Wuts up fellas, I was wondering if anyone had any opinions, comments, or pics of the rear/front lowering kit from Mid America. Its consists of a few bolts, it cost me about 30- 50 dollars and Im not sure if im making the right decision in lowering a 93' vette. ??
I have a lowering tech tip with pictures that will walk you thru the lowering. It's in a MS Word format. If you would like it pm me your email and I'll send it to you. Or if you look in the C4 tech tips there are two tips on this, mine and someone else's (they just don't have pictures)
I lowered mine last year and love it As I'm sure you will to.
I removed my spare tire and lowered the rear 1 inch to level the vette, with grade 8 bolts I ordered from some bolt place in texas, cost me $10, I can adjust how low I can go, i drilled 2 small holes in the bottom of the bolt for coddler pins so the nuts cant fall out....however I had to adjust it because it was too low at first and I took my car out to hwy 1 the other other day (CALIFORNIA) coastal drive and i was hitting the bump stops alot and annoying me... i just installed new kyb shocks so thats not it, i was very glad I did not lower the whole car, because bottoming out and scraping up driveway would **** me off
