If you lived in Harford county, I have a very good shop here. I kept a copy of Corvette Fever from last year. They had a list of "Corvette shops you can trust " sent in by owners. The shop near you is in Gaithersberg. Tony's Corvette Shop 7500 Rickenbacker Dr. 301 987 0565. I don't know anything about the shop but it was one of three in the article. The other two were in Sykesville and Hanover.

I live in Baltimore, It depends on what you want to have done. If it's performance I have one shop. If it is restoration I have another.

The one in Sykesville or Eldersburg is Corvette Specialties, but I've never had my car serviced there. I think they are mostly into restorations of older vettes, than performance work on C4 and up vettes. I have heard good things about Tony's. I prefer to do most of my own work on the car at home in the garage.

Tony's Corvette is the best Vette shop hands down. Be prepared to pay, but if you want it done right the first time this is the place to bring it. If Tony knows that you need the car back asap, he and his staff will do their best to accommodate and do a fast turn around. These guys are pros!!!! I live 26 miles away in Burke, Va , and I would not think about bringing anywhere else to be serviced, except an oil change. BTW, I have my oil changed at Jiffy Lube.
