I'm not an advocate of performance chips but might go $20 for that one.

Default I tried the "chip"

Now I'd like to try the photo model.
The "chip" made no noticeable difference in my car. It's presumably a resistor in the little plastic box. It connects to the intake air sensor plug. It has two bare leads, so unless you connect something to fit the plug, it's just a jimmie-rigged kind of thing.
I sent mine back. After four emails, he finally responded. Haven't got a credit yet though.......
I have a hunch it's your basic 'snake oil'. Hmmm..snake oil, long legs.......hmmm...

If you read the entire auction, he's claiming this chip will give your car an additional 60 horses. I think he may have escaped from a mental institution. $16.99 for 60 horses. Sure!

If it's too good to be true, it probably is. That saying was made because of sh_t like this. I can't believe anyone would believe for a second that this chip or any chip could give your car 60 horses. Even the chips you have professionally burned for $300-$400 will never give you that kind of HP jump.

I read the entire auction and couldn't stop laughing. Only someone who is really gullible or really stupid is going to think they're going to get an additional 60 horses from this piece of crap.

And to think I wasted all my money on a new stroker motor and blower! When I could have simply ordered the legs... I MEAN CHIP to get 60HP :o

Got this pic in an email a while back.

The email said stare at the picture for 1 minute, then look away. Then, it asked you to identify what kind of car it was. Stats showed that the majority of male respondants said "What car"?
