I am a C5 owner and am looking to purchase a C4 vert for my wife. Iam very familiar with C1 thru C3 and C5, but know nothing about what I should look for as far as problems with the C4. The one I am looking at is a low mile 91 that ken at the vette net has. Can anyone give me a few pointers as to what to look for on this car?

That's a nice 'vert - I'm looking thread from about a week ago that had an excellent set of things to check for when shopping for a C4.

Do a search on this Forum. Ther are lots of posts on this.
Here are a few tips:
Try all the switches and functions to ensure they work.
Get it up on a lift to see if it has been hit.
Drive it and get it up to operating temp to make sure it does not overheat.
Check the weatherstripping. It is expensive to replace.
Check for wear and tears of the carpet and interior.

Enjoy! Also I know of a low-mileage L98, auto vert that is in good shape and moderate (below 50K) mileage that is going up for sale in the Great Lakes area this Spring. If you deal does not work out then let me know and I will put you in touch with the owner. I think he is going to ask $10,000.
One thing he left off that list was make sure the #@$%^&# power antenna works. OMG is that a pain to fix. I have to do mine this weekend. <---favorite way to fix things
