2 on my '85 (factory equipped). One original, one boneyard unit off a '90 Riviera.

According to the C4 parts manual, the "A" note is in all C4s. "C" note was in 84-91E, and "F" note was in 91L-96

I was told the horns resemble musical notes: when a pedestian walks in front of a Corvette, the horns go like this:
You either C-sharp or B-flat.
oh well

I searched the GM parts catalog and came up with both an A High Note Horn Assembly, and a C High Note Horn Assembly. The wierd thing is they both have the same part number, GM # 12368063.
As mentioned above, The F note is a Low Note Horn that was put in '91 to '96s.

The '85 "A" note part nr is 1999729, and the "C" is 1999730 according to parts manual. The part numbers may have changed, but that should give you a good starting point.
