Just an update on a thread earlier in the month. I received my Flowmaster Force II Cat-back exhuast from performance peddler, ('92 LT-1 $603.00 shipped). Installation was a breeze, all pipes fit perfectly and lined up without a problem, ( I paid a muffler shop to install it as the old system was a serious pain to remove after 15 years and 108,000 miles, but it could be done in the driveway as all parts were included and all bends were precise.). I was worried about the looks, as the ad did not have a picture of the mufflers, but they look fantastic, tips are rectangular x4. I will take some pics on Sat and email them if anyone is interested in ordering the system. The sound is fantastic. I have always been a Flowmaster fan and generally prefer a chaimbered muffler over a glasspack. It is louder than stock, but, with the resonator provided and 50 series mufflers, there is ZERO resonance and the sound is not overly annoying. If you order from Performance Peddler, be sure to type "peddler" in the box in the top left corner for the discounted price. (This is just a consumer opinion. I am not affiliated with Flowmaster or Performance Peddler)
sounds like a good deal. I was in the same boat you were about the looks of the Force II system, so I just put the 50's on my '90 by themselves and now I'm trying to find some stainless steel tips to top it off. You're right, they do sound good.
