Open the hood. It's mounted on top/inside the Evaporator housing. The housing is on the passenger side firewall.
There are two electical plugs. I think one is 4 pin and the other is a two pin connector.
Remove the plugs and a couple of small bolts and the Blower motor control module pulls straight out. The actual electronic circuitry is mounted on a large heat sink.
