The 25mm front offset sure doesn't sound like it would work on a C4 
Unless the wheel hub for this wheel is really thin, an offset like that on a 9" wide wheel is going to be waaay off considering the OEM wheel is a 56mm offset.

I have American Racing Wheels on my 86 and the offset is 30mm front and 45mm rear and they fit perfect. I looked at those before buying the 200S wheels and the offset turned me away. Its a shame they are nice!
