Corvette Weekend
Wife was out of town all weekend… so I spent some quality time with my other passion …the ‘85. It was time to tackle the “on again off again” relationship with my digital dash. With printouts of forum threads in hand, I replaced the bulbs, re-soldered the connections, and repaired a completely melted pin connector (the culprit I think)…Then added a bypass wire for insurance.
I was on a roll… so the lowering kit went in next. Then, the clay bar and polish came out to finish things off. It was all done by the time my better half walked in the door last night. She didnt suspect a thing.
Nothing like uninterrupted quality time....and some great help from the forum members along the way. Thanks!
