The new cable assembly will provide the cables for both sides of the hood. Once you start to work on it, you'll see what a PITA it is, but it's got to be done. Don't know of any EASY way. Take your time and move everything of value away from around your car. Once you start throwing your tools around you don't want to hit anything of value.
