need help with power window
Can someone direct me to a website that I can get information on how to fix my driver side power window. I Can't get door panel off.I think the motor is not working I am a novice so any help will be appreciated.

You should probably fill out your public profile so others know what year Vett that you have. There"s more than a few members that have "been there, done that" when it comes to wrenching on your car. They just need some info from you..

If you have an '88 you need to remove:
-the 5 or 6 screws around the door panel perimiter
-the 4 screws holding the Bose speaker grill
-the 1 screw on the rear of the door panel
-the two screws in the arm rest recess
-the lock lever (pop the end with a flat blade)
Then raise the door panel up to clear the upper reatiners, slide it forward slightly to clear the lock lever and door handle, pull it back carefully, release all the electrical connectors, remove the two bolts holding the power lock connector and remove the connector. Then set the door panel aside.
