Hi Everyone. This is my first post!! Well this is what im trying to do. If anyone has done it please let me know.
I have a 85 Corvette with bad headlight motors. I purchased some new 94 headlight motors and brackets (read that they are much more reliable). They bolt in perfect. I smiled and patted myself on the back ( thinking Great Job Don ) . Now im stumped the 85 had a 3 wire connection. And the 94 has a 2 wire connection. Well you can see my problem. I can run them with toggle switches but would rather do the conversion right. Any comments would be greatly appreciated
Well with a little bit of research, I have discovered that the 91-96 headlight (2wire) actuators are controled from a headlight module. Just purchased one on ebay for 20 bux. The really kewl thing is I going to only have a cost of 250 bux and a complete headlight conversion.
20 for headlight module
210 for 2 new 91-96 headlight actuators with motors
misc wires and connectors 30 bux
