I went to start my car and nothing, no clicking from the battery, I checked the fuses that were related to the engine and ignition, I checked the battery in the keychain...all are fine. If it is the battery can I try charging it with a small plug in battery charger (marine battery charger) without damageing the electronics?
What is the best way top remove the battery (if that is the case) LT4 the batteryu really seems to be wedged in at an od agle without ready access......
I really appreciate any help I can get out there!
Same thing happened to me on Friday. Went to start up the Z and no crank, nothing. Thought it might be the clutch switch but it checked out OK. Thought it might be VATS but it seemed to be working OK. Replaced the battery today and it fired right up. I load tested the battery and it wasn't holding a charge anymore. Glad it was something simple. It's no fun putting a battery in a C4 though.
Good grief. It must be the moon. I went out to my '95 this morning and the doors didn't click open, and the key turned with nothing. No click, no ignition, no horn, nothing. Interior lamp switch was left on. What idiot did that?
