Hood Alignment
and tapped it forward slightly. Solved the door rubbing problem, but now the hood doesn't lock down as smooth as before. The passenger side doesn't rub so I hate to take it loose too, but that might get the hood to close easier. It'll still close, but I have to give it a nudge.
I played around with mine last fall and got a better alignment of the gaps, but I ended up with the door rubbing the same way yours was. I tweaked it so that the door didn't hit, but I need to go back and do it again from scratch to really get it it right. In order to get "everything' aligned and gapped correctly, I believe that the you have to start from the gap between the door and the rear quarter panel. You get that right and then move toward the front end adjusting the door hinges, lower fenders, hood and finally the bumper cover.
