Since I have installed Poly bushings on my control arms, I have the squeekiest ride in town. I used the provided lube in the tube on the bushings when I installed, but there was very little of it. Would bearing grease, or white lithium be ok to put around the bushings to stop the creaking and squeeking?

What brand do you have? I have Energy Suspension bushings and have never heard a peep out of them. There was someone here who had used something else on theirs but I can't remember what they said they used. Perhaps they'll chime in.

I installed the complete Energy Suspension poly kit (front and rear) three years ago on my '87 coupe. Both the front and rear squeak badly now. I used the supplied grease and made sure I coated the parts throughly. I don't know exactly what happened. The first year they did not squeak at all. The second year I started to notice a little noise from the front end. After three years, its actually embarassing to drive slowly through a parking lot. It squeaks loud enough that people actually turn around and stare. I've even heard comments like "man, listen to that thing!". I have tried silicone spray lube, but it only works for a day or two. The only cure is to disassemble and relube all the inner sleeves. I bought a tube of waterproof marine outdrive grease that is supposed to work well in this application. I will add that my bushing kit was the original "polyurethane" one. The later bushing kits are "polygraphite" which supposedly eliminate the squeaking problem.
I am going to disassemble and grease with axle grease, should last awhile. I bought them from VBP about 3 months ago. Hopefully the grease will help. Thanks to all for the input.
