Wheel/tire Problems
Good evening everybody. I have a problem. Have a 95, running Kumos all the way around. I went to Discount Tire to have a wheel (sawblade) replaced, passenger rear. The reason I'm replacing it is because it had a crack in it from the pot holes. In the process they broke the LTPWS sensor. They're going to replace it. But here's my question: Can I remove ALL of the LTPWS sensors all the way around and not have the LTPWS idiot light come on on the dash? I drove home after they removed the sensor (about 2.5 miles) and the sensor light didn't come on. So, am I to assume that if I remove all of them the idiot light won't come on? I need an intelligent answer not later than tomorrow (5/7) morning, as that's when Discount plans to replace the sensor. NOTE: When I had the Kumos put on they broke the one on the driver side rear and they replaced that at the tune of $400.00. Please help me, I'm totally frustrated.
