Passenger Padded Dash Installation

I bought a C4 to keep my C3 company. It had the rosewood kit on it which was butchered,broken and curled. I have purchased new parts to replace the dash and need help with the passenger side padded dash. It apperars that the 2 top screws for the dash bracket comes through from the top down. What is the best way to replace this part? The new passenger dash pad has all of the brackets and heater diffuser in it.

Take the dash top off. There's about 7 or 8 screws holding it anong the bottom and 2 in the top heater vent in the middle of the dash top.
