Default question about my wheels

i have a question i have an 84 vette with the Z51 package, and i read somewhere on here the Z51's came with 8.5" wide rims in the front, and 9.5" in the back. i balanced my tires out yesterday, and i measured out the rims, and my front rims are 9" wide, and the rear is 10" wide. is this a really rare option?

Where were the meas. taken? MFG. numbers (8.5 " 9.5") are measured from inside the bead to inside bead. M7

The Z51 package did come with a 9.5" wide rear wheel. The inside of the wheel center will have the size cast into the center. Look for "8.5x16" or "9.5x16".

About 1/2 of the total 1984 production were Z51 cars.

My 9.5" rear wheels measured at 10.5" lip to lip if I recall.

Measure at the bead.

what are the standard wheel sizes for a 96, as opposed to a Z51?
