It gives RWHP and RWTQ.
There is a certain amount of power thats lost through the rear and transmission due to friction, typically you can use 15-16% loss for manuals and 17-18% for automatics at the power levels we reach. Technically though, its not a percentage, but thats another huge discussion that you could find in the archives.
