Bloomington Gold???

If everything on your Corvette is stock and original, you should have a good chance. Here is a couple of hints:
1. Make the car look just like it came of the assembly line. Clean, Clean, Clean.
2. Take of license plates.
3. Do Not use Armor All or use other cleaners that will make the dash, tires, hoses, other black items in the interior and engine compartment look real shiny. Cars of the assembly line don't have that "Car Show" luster.
4. Glove boxes empty, except for owners manual.
5. No Chrome Valve stem caps. Use black plastic kind.
6. Make sure everything works. They will check everything.
7. Take your spare out. Clean holder and tire to look new. This area gets very dirty.
8. If you can, find out what oil filter came on the car. I'm not sure which one it is, but I believe it is black in color.
9. If you can, take off your inspection stickers on your windshield.
10. Original floor mats.
11. Remove the aftermarket rear license plate holder. I just looked at your pics and noticed this.
I know someone that has a 1987 Coupe with 28,000 miles and it scored a 99.2%.
If your Corvette has 30,000 miles on it and is in great condition, you should be able to get a Gold Certificate.
Hope this helps

Not sure of the black leather book and video. If I had to guess, this was a dealer option, not a assembly line option, so I would leave it out.
Good Luck and have fun at Bloomington Gold
