i got my first wave back from a c6 today. still never got one back from a c5....snobs. i always wave when i'm riding my busa. all sportbike guys wave and i never had one not wave yet. harley guys never wave to sportbike guys..... tells you something about their mentality 
ive noticed @ 50% of vette people wave around here.
i see so many c5s and hardly any c4s-c3s.
glad i didnt buy a c5

I was in Bowling Green last weekend and I got waves from everybody. Now granted, most of those Vettes are owned by enthusiasts, would a non-enthusiast drive to BG to visit the Corvette Assy plant or the National Corvette Museum, NO. But I got waves from all Corvettes many C5's & C6's initiated the wave..I didn't because I was trying to figure out where I was going and missed them before they waved.

I have a C-3. Most of the people in our club have C-5's and quite a few C-4's. Most of C-5 owners stepped up from a earlier models for comfort and performance......they all wave... if they see you! But, we have some great people in our club. Larry
