While reading the many THREADS & POSTS, I have always notice that some
of the MEMBERS are either "SENIORS", "JUNIORS" or have nothing besides
their name. Some even have a few to multiple "STARS" with their member
name. At first I assumed a "Senior" member had been with the FORUM for
many years. But, I have noticed there are some members who joined since I did — in August 2004 — who are "SENIOR" members with "STARS".
Could someone explain how the "SENIOR" status with "STARS" is achieved?
It looks so important and cool.
Keep on posting. The status is determined by how many post you have.I am not sure what the points are that make you a senior and the stars keep adding up as you post.Someone with lotsa stars has made lotsa posts.

Those are the smaller stars. The larger sets of either two or four gold or silver stars are for various levels of supporting members who pay to help keep the site up and running.
It's worth it to me. I've easily found information on here that saved me more money than what the membership cost.
