Default Vin decoding

Im checking the Vin on my new ( to me) 86 convertable, I found an oddity.

My VIN code is 1G1YY678XG5XXXXXX.

What does the "67" represent? I was expecting "32" when I did some checking.

Carfax, Insurance, and DMV all said it was a good VIN, so that not a concern.. Its more of courisity.

Im just getting to know my new car..
Trim Plate is next

Off topic... What would it take to get some 5 spokes from a C5 onto a C4.. Just adapters? Any downside?

I have the 97-99 c5 "wagon wheels" on my 96 and I did not need any spacers...and I have yet to hear it "bottom out"
