I have 58000 miles on my 95. I know that my wheel bearings are starting to show some signs of movement. How do I know if my ball joints are in need of replacement?? I see the front ball joints do have a grease nipple, but I have not checked out the rear?

Call me stupid (you won't be the first) but are there ball joints on the rear end? I just took Chris Petris' C4 class last week. If you get the chance to take it at one of the shows then please do so. It is a great investment of $100 and you get actual hands-on schooling.
Looking at my notes for the front ball joints he says that the upper ball joints rarely wear out as all the weight is on the lower ones. You can tell when the lower ones are worn out as you can no longer get your grease gun on the fitting - it receeds into the joint as it wears (clever GM engineers!).
