Default O2 Sensor Malfunction Recovery

posted a thread a few days back about my O2 sensor triggering the "Service Engine Soon" light on the DIC....cranked her up yesterday for a trip to the store and the "SES" light had cleared itself....either i have an on board error detection/correction system (no known RPO code) or the Corvette gods have smiled upon me.....

Possible. Clear the stored codes and see what happens.

Actually after so many ignition cycles the code moves to historical. I'll have to look up the number of cycles as I don't remember off the top of my head.

If you ever get an O2 code, theyre going out. Most of the time youre not lucky enough to even get the code.

If your gas mileage drops at all, replace them.
