Perfect CORVETTE Weekend
Hope everyone has a great 4th. Thought I'd share mines been a perfect Corvette weekend. Got home from Nigeria on Thursday after 46 days was ready to get home. Friday I replaced the rear window weatherstripping on my 95 and replaced the bushings in both headlights.
Man what a diff the new weatherstripping made on the wind noise. Didn't know it was supposed to be a 1 pc. strip until I read some of the posts here. Saturday I replaced the battery. Not easy to get that panel off the side w/ the Greenwood ground effects, but another check off "The List".. Then today 1,2 finish for the C-6's and a 5th for the C-5 at Limerock ... It just doesn't get much better.. Hope you all enjoy the Holiday and the Freedom we have here at home.. Semper Fi.

Welcome back. Did you see any Corvettes in Nigeria? I was in Vietnam near Saigon in 1968 when I saw someone with a silver midyear driving around!
