I am having a 3" system, with cross-over made for me later this summer. I am going custom, as I am having a set of LT headers installed, and am going with random tech bullet cats. So, I have the cross over, cats, headers.. the last step is the mufflers.
So, I am looking for suggestions. I am thinking of going with Dynomax, but there are so many options, my head is kind of spinning. I want something that has some sound, but is not crazy loud (WOT, it can be as loud as can be.. but I want to be able to cruise around, without being noticed too much ). So, what mufflers would y'all suggest for this kind of application?

Borla had an instalation station and booth at Bloomington Gold last month. I walked by their tent several times to find them doing a Show and Tell demo on how the mufflers sounded and looked. At idle they had a nice deep muscular sound. When the guy revved it to about 3,000 RPM it was just awesome!
Now of course this was on a C5 and C6 but I would think that a Chevy engine from any car might sound the same.
I have muffler elims and admit to being that kid who clipped playing cards to his bicycle spokes and rode around the neighborhood. Haven't changed - still like to bring in the noise!
