"Sprayway" foam glass cleaner and newspaper.

Not saying to buy from here. Just showing the product. Try Googling.

It almost sounds like you may have some kind of residue on the glass. Try something like the 3m product that will buff through the coating.

I love Stoner's...I can't believe I went so long without it, but it's the only stuff I'll use now!

Try Invisible Glass, and a newspaper to clean off the W/S. It works.

I'd go with 1bdvet's idea, and I have! Newspaper and Stoners. BTW, more econom if you can find pump spray Stoners vs. aerosol spray (more ounces, less cost)

But if you do decide to use Bon ami make sure (absolutely) that it's the black can usually bought in hardware stores. Not the gold and red can in supermarkets. The black can used to have a Chevy parts number. The gold can used to say it was ok on glass. No more; it now says NOT to be used on glass.

I just did my windows with Mguires and it came out pretty nice. Still have some waterspots near the edges though... might have to try Stoners or maybe a 50/50 water Vinegar mix for those spots.

I just went at my water spots again today with Bon Ami, I'd say it took out 95% of the spots. Once more when I wash it again and they should all be gone.
