Was there today and had a lot of fun! My wife and I met up with WZDADS and his wife. Got to do a parade lap around the track... now that was an experience!

Anyway, here's a pic of some of the Vettes... the Ruby in teh foreground is mine, the Ruby next to it belongs to WZDADS (or his daughter, depending on who you ask ).

Just had to share!

Ed

I was told that it would be a nightmare to get in and out of there. How was your experience?

Glad to see you had fun!!! Dan and Jo are wonderful people and some of the best friends a guy could ask for... oh and the car is his daughters... no doubt about that. Dan has to ask her permission to drive it

Extremely easy and pain-free. Of course, I was only there aon Sat and it was an IRL race, so it was basically the Corvette folks and, like 3 actual race fans!

I watched the race on TV.
I kept looking for them to show the vettes but I never saw them.

I ran a great NCCC autocross event there back in 2002 using the inside road course.
Good times.
