Corvettes at MIS!!!
I would like to thank the Jackson Corvette Club for putting on a GREAT event!!!!! Everything seemed to run very smooth!
Thought I'd share a few pics, way to many great cars to photograph.
Of course, here is mine and Ed Schoendroff's Rubies.
A great looking 78 Pace car!
The paint job on this 67 was beautiful!!!!
All the Vettes lined up to head out on to the track.
Ed and his wife Suzanne on the track. Not a bad shot for doing 60mph on a high bank.
And of course, ending the day getting ice cream!!!!!

I've heard that is a great trip!!! My father did it 5 years ago and had a great time. Matter of fact, the biggest stone chip my Ruby has came from that trip.
More important how fast were you going on the parade lap on Sunday.
Happy to report that I was in the next to last group, and they were signaling us to speed up. That is an interesting thing to do to guys with Corvettes. 118 MPH at the Start/Finish line. Just trying to keep up with the C5 in front and the Blue Z06 behind me.

To many Rubies???? I was there on at only. Only 4 Rubies.... 118!!!!!!!! Damn, best I could muster was 89. Had to get on the brakes before hitting Ed's Ruby. Not allowed to pass. Bummer... I have a decent jpeg from a 30 roll to 89 right along the wall.
