Howdy all
This is my second time posting here and have more or less been going over my new vehicle trying to figure out what is what. I have an electronics box mounted directly above the battery. Sorry, its a 1990. Would this be ECCM? I have a Helms manual but havent got up to speed on it yet. Any help appreciated.

Thanks John, the mounting bracket is real flimsy and probaby be tightened up. I've got an L98 also and this being my first Corvette, the engine looks like something out of StarWars! Another question, cannister in forward left hand compartment below headlight assm, is that a vacuum can and do you know where the hose leading out of it goes? Thanks again.

Without looking, the canister in the left compartment below the headlight assembly is the EVAP canister. It holds the fuel vapors from your fuel tank while it is not running and burns then when you start it up. The lines run to the fuel tank and to the intake.
there is also a vacuum canister down there. if what your are refering to is round like a ball, it is the canister. if it is a cylinder, it is indeed part of the fuel system. You will really benefit from a Helms manual to identify parts.
