Temp for Coolant fan

Default Temp for Coolant fan
Have an '86 Coupe (early) (cast iron) and want to know when the coolant should start running. From what I have read, the computer controls this on my vehicle, but it dosen't seem to kick in when it should. I have sat in traffic with dash gauge reading over 200 degrees with no fan.

What Temp is it suppose to turn on?? Thanks for your help

228 for the main, 238 for the auxiliary if you have it.

Thermostat doesnt open until 195.
