20 ft-lbs for the T-40 bolts on the side B-pillar Brackets. The rear encapsulated bolts should be just snug enough to eliminate any gaps between the weatherstripping and rear decklid (service manual says 9 ft-lbs). The front bolts in the windshield frame should be tight enough to keep water from entering past the weatherstripping. 10-15 ft-lbs should do it.
