Cruise-In II Veteran
A car guy is always a car guy; at 60 I'm thinking of getting another Vette to replace the aging IROC, or possibly another IROC.
I bracket race the Vette, cruize Bear Mt twisties with it and enjoy both short and long trips in it. For me, life is too short to drive a car that isn't fun.

Now that's funny!
I thought I might be a little over the hill at 52 to own a vette. Guess I'm just a youngster.....

I'm 60, bought my 1st at age 18, a new 64 coupe. 2nd vette a new 95 coupe. 3rd a new 96 lt-4 vert. I have loved each of them and always considered myself fortunate to have them. The 96 lt-4 is one of the finest cars I've owned, and that is against several 911's and varrious Mercedes. I have been thinking of getting a C-6 vert in 07 when my wife starts her 2nd career as a teacher. I would be 62 then and still buying vetts. The problem for both of us would parting with the 96 not our age. Mabey the Mercedes should go or get a 3 car garage.

It's nice to see the passion the Corvette inspires in people regardless of age.

I'm 63 and have my third Vette. It's a '90 with 77,000 miles and still does well at car shows. Vettes are awesome vehicles.
