ive been through all these post, even printed before i started, but they say that the wireing harness is generic and fits all models. even says it will on the box, but the connectors dont match up...
You are messing with the wrong harness. Which means you didn't READ the C4 Audio FAQ .
The harness attaches to the receiver module. You have to disconnect the harness there and attach the aftermarket harness at that point. The head unit in these cars is a total dummy. It is simply a display and tape/CD handler. For that matter, you can install the Bose Gold CD head into a stock Delco system, cause the real difference is in the receiver module, which feeds the bose signal, versus a convention highlevel signal.
Yeah the reciver under the dash, been there done that, no help... Those 2 connectors dont help, they dont match up with the aftermarket wireing harness.. any more ideas?
